Direction for use - To use bath salts, fill a bathtub with warm water, add a generous handful (or more, depending on the size of the tub and your preference) of bath salts, and swirl to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes to allow the minerals to be absorbed. You can also use bath salts in a smaller basin for a foot soak.
